I Think Spring Break Should Just Last Forever

I had class today.  Again.  Those things just keep coming up.

It was a struggle.  Well, okay, Renaissance Art was a struggle.  I liked literature.  We're still on Dante, so I'm still happy.  We'll see how I feel when we move on from Dante but I can't imagine I won't like it just because I enjoy the professor so much.

Let's see, came back to the apartment, tried to figure out something for dinner (I'm going to try a new recipe...let's hope it goes well) and something new for lunch (tried tortilla with cream cheese, cucumber and turkey...pretty good.  Maybe I'll add cheese next time.  I really miss cheese that's not provolone.)

Then I worked out stuff for registration for the fall.  Ughhhhhhhh.  I'm starting to worry that I might not have enough electives to graduate.  Really though, how can that be a problem??  And I register tomorrow.  I think I'll just get the stuff I definitely need registered, register for other stuff and go see an adviser when I get back and have them tell me where I stand.  Because I'd love to take other classes in the J-school but I can't because I need electives.  Ugh.

Ooh and I booked the Amalfi Coast for liberation day weekend - should be an awesome trip.  I'm definitely excited for warm weather, swimming and beautiful landscape.  AND PIZZA FROM NAPLES.

I think this weekend might include Cinque Terre and Arezzo but we haven't decided yet (as usual).

And I tried coffee yogurt with chocolate biscuit bits to mix in...essentially it's tiramisu and it's delicious.  Curses.

Ciao!!
